Dr Isabelle Skinner is the Managing Director of Decision Support Analytics Pty Ltd. She has extensive experience in evaluation and research methods. She has a PhD in health care implementation. Her background in education is in both the university sector and the vocational sector. She has held senior roles including the Director of the Office of Learning and Teaching for Charles Darwin University, a dual sector university, and Associate Dean Research and Research Training for the Faculty of Engineering, Health Science and the Environment. She has served on the Board of Governors for the Pilbara TAFE and Girl Guides Australia. Isabelle has been a health service manager in both the public, private and not for profit sectors and has consulted widely in the health, education and community services sectors in Australia and internationally. Isabelle is an Adjunct Professor at James Cook University.

Dr Timothy Skinner is a health psychologist with expertise in chronic condition research and management. He has published over 200 peer reviewed articles in the scientific literature and has been successful in attracting research grants with the Australian NHMRC and ARC as well as the European Union, UK research councils, industry funded and patient advocacy organisation research. He is a Professor at La Trobe University and the University of Copenhagen in Denmark and serves on the Board of Directors for ARHEN and Fonden Mental Sundhed in Denmark.
